Pizka

One day I was volunteering at a local dog shelter cleaning the cold damp dark jails of a gruop of puppies that had arrived a few days ago. There were at least 6 cages with little puppies with about 2 months. They told us they came from a person who had dogs to train them for the illegal activity of the dog fighting.

We started to take all the puppies out of their cages so that they could run and take some sunbathe, then we started to take all the covers and cloaks they had for them to sleep on, that where all cold when, for my surprise I founded a small puppy, much smaller than the rest, that was very cold and didn't move.

That's how I met Pizka for the first time. I was able to take her out of danger even though the vets said that she was very bad and probably was not be able to do it. For the time that she was absolutly recoverd, the summer had come and finding a family for her was very complicated. Time passed and she finally stayed at home with us. she is a ver cheerful and playful dog. she is very strogn and plays hard a lot of time but at she has a ver big heart and we all love her.
We will try to introduce her this season to run with our dogs, let's see if she likes it!!
